If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on the exchange are also the customer’s responsibility.
Returns or exchanges should be carefully packed, using the original packing as a guide, prepaid and fully insured.

We ship all orders within five business days, unless the products are not in stock. All orders in the US are shipped FedEx Ground or USPS, depending on the package’s dimensions and destinations, unless you specify another carrier. As soon as your item is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
If the item you order is not in stock, we will contact you with the estimated delivery time and you will have the option to either cancel the order or wait.
If the order is going outside the US, we will give you an estimate of the shipping costs once you submit your order or inquiry |

Please keep in mind that all of our items are handcrafted in Mexico, not line produced, therefore slight variations in color and size may occur. The photos we show are very good representation of what you will receive. We will promptly communicate major differences, if any, for you to make a decision. |

Your order will be packed as careful as possible, however, if you receive a box that appears damaged, open it immediately and inspect your shipment. Broken or damaged shipments should be reported to USPS and La Placita Imports immediately.

All damages should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We might ask you to send pictures of the damaged products. All packing materials and damaged items must be saved for inspection purposes. We will replace the items promptly.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damages should first be reported to the carrier and then to us via voice or email. DO NOT return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restock fee.
IMPORTANT: Due to strict shipping and claim handling policies, damaged product claims will only be accepted and honored within 24 hours of receipt of order. This is strictly enforced.
