If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the purchace date. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on the exchange are also the customer’s responsibility.
Returns or exchanges should be carefully packed, using the original packing as a guide, prepaid and fully insured. |

Please keep in mind that all of our items are handcrafted in Mexico, not line produced, therefore slight variations in color and size may occur. The photos we show are very good representation of what you will receive. We will promptly communicate major differences, if any, for you to make a decision. |

Each of our products will have a maxium of 5 beautiful colors to choose from. "Item Number" matches the "Item Color Letter". This will help organize and sort products when you are ready to purchace items. Since each item is handmade, color and texture may vary from one item to another.
